    Malinda Williams, MBA, joined Omaha 100 in 2021 after 16 years in the financial services industry. As president and CEO at O100, she provides vision and leadership. Malinda directs and implements the strategic plan, develops and balances the budget, and provides accountability, policies, and procedures for the organization.

Empowering families to build financial capacity and achieve prosperity as they define it has been a passion of mine throughout my career. I look forward to doing my part to expand that impact with the Omaha 100, Incorporated CDFI, by helping families gain increased access to affordable loans and leveraging homeownership to bridge the wealth gap and promote generational wealth in the greater Omaha area.”

    Tiffany Sessions is a dedicated operations and project management professional with more than 13 years of experience helping teams work more efficiently and effectively. Born and raised in North Omaha, she graduated from Omaha North High School and later earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sociology from the University of Nebraska–Omaha. Much of her career has focused on supporting and improving programs that serve underserved communities, especially within education.

    She brings experience in process improvement, financial operations, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a steady, data-informed approach to aligning systems and supporting team success. She values strong working relationships and enjoys partnering with colleagues and community stakeholders to move shared goals forward.

    Terrence Coleman serves as Director of Finance and Human Resources at Omaha 100, overseeing financial operations and HR to support the organization’s mission. With over 25 years of experience in finance, HR, and community development, he is passionate about empowering organizations and communities to thrive. Terrence’s leadership ensures Omaha 100’s team and resources are aligned to deliver meaningful impact.

    Teri Doss provides her expertise as the Director of Housing at Omaha 100. In her role, Teri leads program development and manages mortgage operations and housing development initiatives. With a background in affordable housing grant administration and social services, Teri brings a deep understanding of both the systemic challenges and opportunities within housing access. Her commitment to equity and community-centered development drives her work at Omaha 100, where she works to create pathways to sustainable homeownership for underserved families

    Gibril S. Mansaray is an experienced strategist, advisor, and bridge builder with over a decade of work scaling ventures, aligning capital, and driving economic opportunity. As founder of a U.S.–Africa consulting firm and a Sierra Leone education foundation, he brings global insight and local commitment to his role at Omaha 100. Gibril leads efforts to grow and strengthen businesses in North Omaha, launch entrepreneur support programs, and build partnerships grounded in unity and impact. His focus is on removing barriers, unlocking pathways for growth, collaboration and cultivating community-driven wealth creation.

    Diamond Cook serves as the Program Manager at Omaha 100. She brings over five years of experience in grant management, customer service, and facilitating economic development initiatives that move the needle forward for Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, she coordinates program development, manages cross-functional partnerships, and supports client relations by connecting individuals to resources that promote long-term economic stability. With a deep commitment to equity and impact-driven leadership, Diamond works to advance Omaha 100’s mission of helping individuals and families build wealth through sustainable homeownership, entrepreneurship, and economic development.

    As Senior Underwriter at Omaha 100, Brittney Harris brings nearly three years of dedicated service to the organization and over 10 years of experience in lending and underwriting. She specializes in credit analysis, small business financing, and risk assessment. Her work supports Omaha 100’s mission to empower entrepreneurs through accessible and responsible lending.

    Candace Gould serves as the Business Development Officer at Omaha 100, expanding partnerships and increasing access to business lending and entrepreneurial support. She brings expertise in client relationships, consulting, and coaching, and is passionate about growth, building trust, removing barriers, and helping entrepreneurs in underserved communities pursue long-term financial stability and generational wealth.

    Shelby Stone serves as the Mortgage Underwriter and Credit Analyst here at Omaha 100. She has extensive experience with loan underwriting for not-for-profit credit unions as well as banking management, and more than 10 years of customer service experience. Shelby oversees all underwriting for mortgage applications - committed to creating a high-quality experience for all our clients throughout the underwriting process.

    Katie Sargert is our Mortgage Loan Concierge here at Omaha 100. With over a decade of customer service experience, she has refined her skills in effectively addressing client needs and building strong relationships. She has experience working for not-for-profit credit unions as well as assistant management experience within banking. Katie oversees all incoming mortgage applications - committed to creating a high-quality experience for all our clients throughout the application process.

    Donna Miller has returned to her hometown with a boots-on-the-ground mindset, dedicated to accelerating the growing economic developments within the North Omaha community. Having previously served the State by managing more than $35 million in grant funding and drawing on her branch management experience with credit unions, Donna now brings her expertise to the nonprofit sector. With over 20 years of service, Donna’s attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer advocacy have long defined her work. Her talent for wordplay and storytelling makes her a natural asset in securing and sustaining new grant opportunities, strengthening the foundation for continued community progress.
