Mortgage Related Fee’s

In order to fully process your application and determine home loan eligibility, Omaha 100 must pull a credit report of the applicant(s). The fee is $132.44 for Single individuals and $212.63 for Married individuals.

The appraisal fee is not part of the initial application process. The fee is only required after pre-approval and purchase agreement are received.
