STEP 1: PRE-APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST

STEP 2: REGISTER FOR A HOMEOWNER EDUCATION COURSE

HOMEOWNER EDUCATION is required for all applicants. Applicants must register for one of the following education classes:

• FHAS Workshop

• EHome America

• Credit Advisors Foundation

STEP 3: APPLY

• Please review the required documents list for the comprehensive list of the information and items needed for our office to fully process your preliminary application. Also, please review What to Do to Get Approved.

• Please note that there is a non-refundable Mortgage Credit Report Fee to fully process your application ($132.44 - Single / $212.63 - Married). This can be paid online here or with a cashier’s check or money order. Cashier Checks and Money Orders are to be made out to Omaha 100, Inc., please contact our office to arrange a time to drop off a cashier’s check or money order.

• In order for Omaha 100 to process your application in a timely manner, it is important that all requested information be turned in to our office promptly.
