The goal of Omaha 100 is to generate positive economic growth and long-term generational wealth and assets with its products and services, its collaboration across communities, and its talent.
Omaha 100 is a Community Development Financial Institution – or CDFI – a mission‑driven lender certified by the U.S. Treasury to provide affordable loans, financial services, and development support. CDFIs are specialized financial institutions; they can be community development banks, credit unions, loan funds, and venture capital funds. Omaha 100 is a non-profit CDFI that pairs lending with educational and development programs and builds bridges between underfunded communities and traditional investment partners, helping people access the credit they need.
