OUR CORE VALUES

Integrity

We take our commitment as stewards of our clients’ financial dreams seriously. We are honest and transparent in all we do. Integrity means speaking with truthfulness and sincerity, acting with honesty and fairness and behaving professionally and righteously.

Innovative

We strive to imagine what's possible, be proactive in anticipating and addressing issues and celebrate creativity that challenges constraints to promote progress. We thrive as we think outside the box to best serve the clients and the organization.

Ownership

We are accountable for our actions and take responsibility and pride in exceeding expectations. In doing so, we prioritize helping others realize their dreams of business and homeownership by accessing the necessary funding, education and resources.

Authentic

We appreciate and welcome differences, irrespective of culture, background or personality. We are empathetic and respectful to each other and to the communities we serve.  We embrace diversity and act with equity.

Collaborative

We foster a strong sense of care, support, and teamwork in our staff and clients by our actions. We support one another in our responsibilities and work with community partners to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. “All of the money in the world cannot solve problems unless we work together.  And, if we work together, there is no problem in the world that can stop us, as we seek to develop people to their highest and best potential”.
