Clients participate in Homebuyer Education to work through credit issues and begin preparing for a successful mortgage loan. |

Omaha 100, Inc. works with many individuals and families each year to ensure that affordable and sustainable homeownership is a reality. Home ownership is one way individuals create wealth that can be passed on to the next generation. Couple this with having a stable place to call home and providing a setting that generally has a positive impact on childhood development. Then add the benefit of stability
to increasing property values and a win / win situation exists
for the community. Stronger families and high tax values are good for the neighborhoods and city.
