Our Mission
The mission of Omaha 100 is to provide homeownership opportunities through public and private partnerships, financing, and technical assistance enabling low and moderate income borrowers to own their own home.

Our History
Omaha 100 Incorporated in 1990 by Holy Name Housing Corporation. With the support of the founders, the board of directors, and the direct program staff, Omaha 100 developed into a successful mortgage lending program.

In 2000, the board of directors changed the structure of Omaha 100 by making the organization a subsidiary of Family Housing Advisory Services.  Since Omaha 100’s inception, the organization has achieved the following:

  1. - 784 first mortgage loans with loan production of $44.1 million
  2. - Leveraged $11 million in City of Omaha Community Development
Block Grant Funds and Home Funds
  3. - Distributed over $1 million in Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka grant funds
